What are the Austin MLS Areas, Regions, and their boundaries?
Austin MLS maps include regions and areas. Austin MLS Regions (officially "ACTRIS Regions") are geographical areas defined in 2007 by the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) to assist REALTORS® and the general public in the process of identifying property. Austin MLS Regions are made up of Austin MLS Areas (ex. Areas 1, NW). Austin MLS Areas were at one time available for the general public, but once ABoR released the more consumer friendly MLS Regions, Austin MLS Areas are now available for use only by ACTRIS users.
There are 25 Austin MLS Regions. The regions and their boundaries are described in the "ACTRIS REGION BOUNDARY DESCRIPTIONS REFERENCE GUIDE". We have copied that same information below for your convenience.
